Chef's Knife Narrow Blade 165mm
Medium sized chef’s knife a perfect multi purpose blade for all situations.
Narrow bladed knives tend to be used either with the handle staying off the edge of the chopping board or over the chopping board but finishing cuts with the tip of the knife as the fingers around the handle prevent the blade contacting along the blades full length.
This is a full tang knife meaning the steel part of the blade which forms the handle (the tang) is visible for the entire handle.
This knife is the same quality as my other knives but less expensive as the timber handle has no bolster making it the simplest and least expensive style of handle, hence the lower price.

The handle is Mangeao .
The steel is Nitro V stainless steel hardened at 62 HRC.
This level of hardness gives the knife very good edge retention but allows it’s edge to be maintained with a Honing Steel.
