Gyuto Chef's Knife 210mm
This handmade Japanese Gyuto is a Japanese version of a Western all purpose Chef’s knife.
It is a traditional ‘Hidden Tang’ style of knife, where the steel part of the knife that forms the handle is a long tapered shape that gets buried in the handle
